MIAOKE uses the contact and project information you provide to review your requirements and discuss a quotation. This page explains the information collected by our enquiry form, how website records and sales notifications work, and how to contact us about your information. It also describes the website’s Google Analytics configuration and the separate services you may choose when contacting us.

What information does the enquiry form collect?
- Required information: your name, email address, project country, product category and project message.
- Optional information: company, approximate quantities, and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Submission records: an enquiry reference, the submission time and the status of the sales email notification.
We use these details to understand the products you need, contact you about your brief and discuss a quotation. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or send an automatic reply to your email address. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information in your message.
The online form does not accept file uploads. If you choose to share drawings or supporting documents, send them separately to Sean by email or WhatsApp. Include your enquiry reference so that the documents can be associated with your request.
Where does a submitted enquiry go?
Your enquiry is saved as a private website record. These records are available to authorised website administrators and are not published as public pages or public search results. The website also attempts to send a notification containing your enquiry details to sales@miaokehome.com. A request that has been saved remains in the website records even if the email notification fails.
The website is hosted using Hostinger services. Email and WhatsApp conversations are handled through the communication services used for those conversations. Choosing a WhatsApp link opens that service; its handling of your information is explained in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
How does website measurement work?
This website is configured to use Google Analytics through Site Kit by Google. Google Analytics can use cookies and collect website usage and device information to produce reports about visits and interactions. Google explains this processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The project-enquiry event added by this website uses a general enquiry type and the selected product category. That event does not include the name, email address, phone number or project message entered in the form. This describes the custom enquiry event; Google’s own website measurement is separate from the information saved in our enquiry records.
After a successful submission, the form can store a small marker containing its enquiry reference in your browser’s session storage. This helps avoid counting the same submission more than once. The marker does not contain your form message or contact details. The form also uses temporary security tokens and connection-based limits to help prevent repeated or abusive submissions.
How can I ask about, correct or remove my information?
Email sales@miaokehome.com and include your enquiry reference, if available. You can ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or removal, or ask about how long it is retained. Please identify the relevant request without sending additional sensitive documents.
Closing your browser does not delete an enquiry that has already been saved. A website enquiry, an email conversation and a WhatsApp conversation are separate records; tell us which records your request concerns. For questions about retention or deletion of a particular record, contact us using the email address above.

Saved model and finish preferences
The model and finish libraries save reference IDs and a selected use on your device only when you choose Save. They do not save your contact details or project notes. Use Delete saved preferences in either library to remove the saved list. A shared preference link contains public reference IDs and a use category, so anyone with that link can view those choices.
When you submit an enquiry, the website resolves and saves the selected source version, original page, image position, reviewed name, Media Library reference, intended use and confirmation limits with your private project request. The notification to our sales address and the private record use the same reference summary. Choosing or saving an appearance does not approve a physical sample or place an order. Sample confirmation belongs to your specific customer and project.
You may also download a text list of your selection, or a reviewed English PDF from the catalogue page. These files are saved through your device and browser. The reviewed PDFs contain public catalogue reference information, not your private enquiry or an individual sample approval.
Reference and download measurement
The website can send limited interaction events to its configured Google Analytics service when analytics is available, including reference viewing and selection actions and the catalogue_download event. These custom events use public reference or document IDs and editions, action counts or general use categories. They do not include the name, email address, phone number or project message entered in the enquiry form. This explains the implemented event fields; it does not state that every event has been received or verified in Analytics reports.
Social links and optional marketing tools
The WhatsApp and Facebook links on this website open external services only when you choose them. Meta processes your interaction under its own privacy policies. Our Facebook profile links do not load a Facebook feed or social tracking SDK on this website.
An optional Hostinger Reach script was present during the website audit. It is not required to submit a MIAOKE door enquiry. Any newsletter or marketing subscription must identify its purpose and use a separate, informed choice; sending a project enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
