Original photographs and manufacturing video
Match the front, back, edge, frame and hardware details to the same sample. A manufacturing clip should identify the work shown and its actual location and recording date.
Applicable reports and written service terms
Check the issuing body, tested configuration, intended use and report scope. Agree warranty coverage, exclusions, claims procedure and delivery responsibilities in writing.

What does a door set include?
The included scope is confirmed in your quotation. List whether you need the leaf, frame, trim, hinges, lock and handle; a catalogue image alone does not define what is supplied.
Does a walnut finish mean a solid walnut door?
No. Woodgrain names describe the visual finish. The substrate, core, surface process and any timber species need separate confirmation for the selected configuration.
Can I request EXW and FOB quotations?
Yes. Share the quantity, packaging needs and destination. Sean can review a quotation on the required basis, with a named place or port and clear included scope. Shipment costs depend on the actual order.
Can I select any model and finish combination?
You can share both as preferences. Compatibility, dimensions and the physical sample are reviewed for your project before the combination is confirmed.
Can I order a sample or obtain a project proposal online?
Start by contacting Sean. Sample type, preparation, cost, shipping and project-specific proposals are agreed after reviewing your requirements. A saved website selection does not approve a sample or place an order.
